this incident happened on 17/04/2009 around 3 o'clock,
@the SRI PETALING ENDAH PARADE's watsons!

there is a worker named Nurullissa ( i'm not sure whether i spell it correctly)
i'm really disappointed with her service.
she's showing BAD attitude while servicing me.
as a customer i really feel upset about it!
due to there is some mistakes on the bill so i've ask her to double check it for me.

at first, she started showing me that she's annoyed and making the *tsk* sound!
and then she talk to me with a very bad attitude,like putting the things i bought into the plastic bag loudly then keep mumbling..

so, FINE!

i decided to voice up and asked her, "what kind of attitude are you having now as you're servicing me? har? i thought you're suppose to feel happy to help( i'm telling her that while pointing her name tag that written "happy to help" on it!)"

things that make me even angry is that she answered me "MUKA SAYA MEMANG MACAM INI"

no.
she's not suppose to say that! plus, as she said her muka memang macam ni this shows that she does not deserve to work in servicing line! and i personally think that this rude girl does not deserve this job!

I even tell her "then why are you working here by showing me this kinda attitude? what kinda service is this? if you think "ur muka memang macam ni" and means you born out with this kinda cacatness,why not you choose to work in the KILANG OR LAB? i didnt see any promoter with this kinda attitude before!!!"

she dont even say sorry or thanks to me afterthat!

i hope action will be made!
this rude girl have to know that she've done a very big mistake by not respecting her customer and her job!

Sushi King Card RM2 Bonanza 2009

As usual, every year Sushi King will be having Sushi King Card RM2 Bonanza specially for the members twice a year.
The first one for 2009 will be on 13-16 April 2009 for members in West Malaysia and 20-23 April 2009 for members in East Malaysia.
